The New Year just swept in while we sat curled up in the living room.
Our Christmas tree is still sparkling and it feels odd as Christmas is still flitting around through the house and yet there is an air of excitement as a fresh start has just arrived.
We tucked Drew into bed a bit late tonight (he kept saying, “legs, toes, LEGS!” and are now relaxing a bit more as we watch the celebration in Times Square.
I’ve said goodbye to the worries, frustrations, and still-don’t-understand’s of 2008 and I’ve written my 43 resolutions.

A vacation sounds wiggly. Where to?
Greece! Or Egypt. Or maybe D.C. Or, hmm, maybe just to the next town. 😉
i volunteer to complete #25 with you!! that sounds super fun:)
Do you volunteer to complete #25 with me IN PERSON? 😉
I recommend you go to Ravelry if you want to learn about knitting. You’ll be able to find a local knitting group who can help you out. The site also has tons of free patterns and lets you database every project you’re working on.
Thanks for the info. I looked at the site and it looks very wiggly. I think I remember reading from your blog that Abby knits. I suppose that’s how you know about the site. Unless you’ve taken up knitting while climbing rocks. 😉
YES, in person:) where can we procure such things?
I really have no idea. But I’m thinking the nearby craft store will do. 😉 When you get a break from your studies, we’ll have to have a meet-up.
